TiNAAK Strategic Alliance Network — Enrolment Application

By joining the TiNAAK Strategic Alliance Network, you commit to the following:

1. Professional Integrity. You will conduct yourself with honesty and professionalism in all engagements facilitated through TiNAAK — with clients, colleagues, and end users.

2. Confidentiality. You will not disclose client identities, site details, commercial terms, or any information obtained through TiNAAK engagements to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Quality of Delivery. You will deliver services to the standard agreed at the time of engagement. Where issues arise, you will communicate proactively and work towards resolution.

4. No Direct Solicitation. You will not approach TiNAAK clients, introduced through network engagements, for direct commercial relationships during or within 12 months of an active engagement.

5. Legal Compliance. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements relevant to your area of work.

A detailed Partner Agreement will be provided prior to your first formal engagement. This code governs conduct from the point of network acceptance.
